The Business Administration program provides training for an entry-level position in business management. Students are given a solid foundation in all aspects of managing a business, including accounting, hotel/motel management, food and beverage services, conferences and banquets, and human resources. Student will examine the fiscal, marketing, and human capital areas of daily operations of businesses. Graduates of the program may seek employment as managers, management trainees, or supervisors of business operations in business, industry, and government agencies.
