Annual Availability of Hazing Information and Statistics

In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA), Berks Technical Institute is committed to transparency and the prevention of hazing. We annually provide information regarding hazing statistics, policies, and violations.

The institution’s Annual Security Report (ASR) includes crime statistics for hazing incidents for the previous three calendar years, as required by the Clery Act. The Consumer Information & Annual Security Report link can be found below.

Information about our institution’s policies relating to hazing, including prevention and awareness programs, and a description of applicable local, State, and Tribal laws on hazing, are available. These policies and awareness programs can be found in the Consumer Information & Annual Security Report document listed below.

We maintain a Campus Hazing Transparency Report which summarizes findings concerning any established or recognized student organization found to be in violation of our standards of conduct relating to hazing.
